| | Affiliate Terms of Service:
Affiliates may place their assigned links anywhere on their web site. Affiliates may also promote their website pages and links using Google Ad words or Yahoo PPC programs. However, all links must be displayed as your own website and not as ours. All PPC links must go to a landing page on your domain before coming to us and all links must retain our domain name and link code. Use of deceptive links, redirects or cloaking is prohibited. Spamming of affiliate links is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of the affiliate's account and loss of all sales. We enforce a zero tolerance spam policy.
Additionally, affiliates who engage in competitive keyword bidding with our site by misrepresenting themselves or displaying our domain name in their ads or using our federally registered trademark of "Easy Home Bar Plans" will forfeit commissions for inbound links from such PPC programs. Affiliate use or re-posting of our site content, images or trademark without the express written permission from barplan.com is prohibited.
Any returns will be deducted from pending commissions. All commissions will be paid 30 days after reaching a $50 set point. All payments made to affiliates are through Pay Pal only. Affiliates must have a valid Pay Pal account to participate.
All URL's are tracked. The affiliate program is designed to automatically recognize inappropriate activities which may result in lost sales. Violation of the above terms may also result in removal from the affiliate program. Affiliate program terms subject to change without notice. |
