if you follow the directions and pay attention you will see a few numbers might be off. but nothing big. I just wanted to say how much i like the plans and how helpful the entire process has been so far. price esitmate has been pretty close.

hope to post some pics before too long. i’m working by myself and i’ve got a million things going on but i hope to be done by April.

My pleasure Davey!

The real meat & potatoes of the plans is the framework assembly. Most builder’s can take a glance at the plans and get the idea quickly.
Once you have a few key concepts down, common sense carries through the plan set. If not, then that’s what the forum is for.
