All our PDF files are created with Adobe PDF so they are fully compatible with the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat PDF reader. Occasionally members write to report that the files won’t download or they receive a corruption message.
In most cases, this is due to a bad or outdated Adobe Acrobat Reader installation on their local PC.
The first thing to try is downloading the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
