Some people want to open the PDF files just by clicking on them the first time without having to save them, then clicking on them again to open.
This is a function of your browser, not the site.
In many cases you browser is set to either “save” or “save as”.
It can also be set to “open” upon clicking the download link.
Whew! too many option right?
Here’s how to select your favorite option:
Of course the first step is to be sure you have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
All PC’s should have this installed. Get it here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
Note: always be sure to deselect the optional McAfee offer in the middle of the page.
Firefox Browser:
How to save files:
1. click the “hamburger menu” (three horizontal lines) in the upper right of the browser window.
2. Select Options
3. Under the “Downloads” section, select either the “Save files to:” or “Always ask you where to save files” option.
4. Close the options tab.
How to open PDF files:
1. click the “hamburger menu” (three horizontal lines) in the upper right of the browser window.
2. Select Options > Applications
3. Scroll down to “Portable Document Format (PDF)
4. Change the Action to “Use other…”
5. Select “Adobe Acrobat Reader DC” from the “Select Helper Application” list, click OK.
6. Close the options tab.
7. Go back to plans download page, click any plan set download link.
8. You will see the document password popup window, enter the password listed below the select download link.
9. File should open for viewing & printing.

How to save files:
1. Click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the browser window.
2. Select “Settings”
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Advanced”
4. Scroll down the the “Downloads” section.
5. Select “Change” to change the download location and then enable or disable the “Ask where to save each file before downloading” option as desired.
How to open PDF files:
1. Click the PDF download link.
2. The file will appear in the bottom of your browser window.
3. Click the down arrow to the right of the file and select “Open” or “Open with system viewer”.
4. Enter the document password listed on the download page.
5. File should open for viewing & printing.
