It was definitely modified by the builder, but we don’t document the thousands of variations shown with drawings,. You get the core plans and then modify it as needed to fit your specific materials and desired decor.
In this case, I’d build the EHBP-09, then, before sheeting the front, remove the front studs to match a frame box to fit within the removed studs. The frame box would hold your glass blocks and give the support lose by cutting sections out of your support studs.
Go out and buy a glass block, measure it, post dimensions here and I’ll give you exact dimensions for the frame box and show which studs to cut.
