When initiating a download, there are two methods.
The single left click, which downloads and opens the PDF in one operation, or the single right click which opens
the option menu to allow you to save the file to your local drive, then open it by left clicking the file name.
In Windows XP, using Fire Fox, you should select the “Save Link As” option. In IE, use the “Save As..” option.
Mac and other browser users are invite to post their solutions.
I recommend the right click method. The files range between 1 and 5 Mb in size, so be sure to allow time for the file to completely download before you try to open it.
