TIP:
If you would like to soften the profile a bit, just don’t cut as deep as the guide suggests. 3/4″ is the maximum suggested depth and is very closely represented by the CAD drawing.
To soften the profile, try 1/2″ and merge the cove cut and router edges with a belt sander.Don’t forget your safety glasses and gloves!
