Does anyone have a suggestion on how much tile should go around the bar to accmmodate bar stools? i.e., 24″, 48″ from base of bar?
I’d give it a good four feet. You figure you need to accomodate someone sitting at the bar, with perhaps one person behind them. I’d think 48″ should accomodate that situation. That way, if (when) someone spills, it’s on the tile, rather than carpet, and it’s easy to clean up, right?!
