Disregard the mention of the CHBD in the plans document. The CHDB is new for this model.

For now, do what everyone else does: Use the material list on pages 3 & 4 and then use the individual cut lists located under each step or the plans.

Go to page 7 for example…and you’ll find all the cuts for that step. The entire plan set is laid out that way.

Now, I am going to try to get back to my data entry for this project.

also, I’m moving this topic to the proper forum and made it sticky.

the local lumber yards would be a place to check or the big box stores, just ask a salesperson…..if you can find one.

    lorrie –

Just start with a 3/4″ rough grade plywood as the base, then cover with another 3/4″ plywood sheet, but use the highest grade you like since this will be the finish layer. The hardwood style arm rail molding then fits into the stair step pattern you create around the bar front and side edges.

We can provide you with the material if you like. The new store area is at: http://www.barmarket.com

Yeah, you’re right, it is pretty small. It must have been shrunk when uploading.

TEMPORARY SOLUTION: right click the download link and use the “save link as” to save the image to your local drive, then open it and use the zoom tool to read the dimensions. They are readable.

I’ll slap it into a PDF file as a preliminary plan for you.
I’ll add the parts and material info too.
    Cheers!

When you cut arm rail molding on a power miter saw, you must first build spacers to set the rail in it’s proper, final mounted orientation.

Typically this is two 3/4″ thick sections of wood placed under the notches to act as the bar top. Then you can cut the angles.

    Makes sense, right?
