March 2020 Bar of The Month
While we provide the basic framework and bar design ideas (mostly from the thousands of other members) sometimes a site member like Kevin C takes the design process a step or two beyond the initial scope of the site. Those are the projects we really love to see. This project does not fail to succeed to that end.
Kevin took the framing in a slightly different direction, then skinned it, added raised panel accents and some fancy corbels.
Not satisfied to stop there, he added corbels for the full professional bar look, and it worked out very well. Kevin then used schedule 40 steel pipe to create an awesome and comparatively affordable foot rail (much cheaper than brass foot rail)…then topped it all off with a cool name and logo to match the look and feel of the project. I suspect there is a deeper story behind that name, but let’s just have a beer and enjoy the excellent photos Kevin shared with us. Cheers & Great Job Kevin!
The Deviant Crow is a true deviation of the EHBP-02 plan set.
